Semi Local CDL Truck DriverPay:

$27.50 - $28.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Day and overnight shifts; weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed (approximately 60 hours per week)Position OverviewAs a key member of the Land O'Lakes, Inc. transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting agricultural materials, including fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia, to customer locations and cooperative sites.

You will operate within a regional area with routes primarily running through Iowa and Nebraska (home most days), along with overnight routes to Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.

This role is part of our WinField United business, which provides agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to member-owners and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Follows all driving and safety policiesComplies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of driversComplies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and othersShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quicklyEnsures all standard operating procedures are followedSuccessful forklift certification required

Required Experience and Skills:

Must be 21 years or olderPossesses valid driver's license including:

Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)Tanker Endorsement Required2+ years of commercial driving experienceBasic computer and math skillsAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructionsWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshootStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of commercial driving experienceAnhydrous experience

Tanker ExperiencePhysical Requirements:
