About Us Bixby Feed Mill is a locally owned feed mill and grain handling business serving farmers and agricultural operations across southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. We take pride in reliable service and quality feed products — and we're looking for a dependable driver to join our team. What You'll Do Deliver bulk and bagged feed to farms and customers throughout our service area Follow strict biosecurity protocols at every farm site, including thorough cleaning and washing of the feed truck and taking proper precautions to prevent the spread of disease Assist in the mill as needed — bagging feed, cleaning, and loading/unloading inventory trucks Represent Bixby Feed Mill with good customer service on every stop Keep accurate delivery records and paperwork Perform other duties as assigned to support the day-to-day and evolving needs of the business What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route Physical ability to lift and handle feed bags Dependable, punctual, and professional Agricultural background or familiarity with farm operations is a plus What We Offer Full-time, year-round position Starting wage between $24.00 - $28.00/hr Medical & vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Locally owned and operated — you're not just a number here To Apply Apply through Indeed or online at bixbyfeedmill.com/employment-application , stop in at 10240 Bixby Ln, Blooming Prairie, MN 55917, or call 507-583-7231 .
