JOB SUMMARY

Load, deliver and merchandise beverages and kegs using a company truck. Manual product handling required. Other duties as assigned. A detailed job description is available upon request. This is a full-time position with an attractive benefit package. Requirements A valid current and clean (within company standards) Class B CDL driver's license. Must agree to company-provided CDL Class A training and be willing to drive a delivery tractor/trailer upon licensure. The expectation is to obtain a Class A license with 3 months of hire. There is a wage increase upon obtaining a Class A license. A current medical examiner's certificate or the ability to obtain a medical examiner's certificate before being hired. This is a physically demanding position. Ability to bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 pounds, up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart. Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate. Ability to maintain a clean driving record (within company standards). Ability to communicate effectively in English as to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers. Ability to work independently or in a team in a productive manner. Ability to get to work on time and complete required work before leaving. Ability to deliver products to the designated customers in the manner that complies with the customer's defined expectations and/or requirements. Ability to check in products at the account to ensure that products and quantities being delivered are accurate. Ability to complete inventory-taking, reconcile payments received, and perform specific services related to or for the benefit of customers. Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (THC/CBD/cannabis included). Ability to do basic math computations and accurately process paperwork. Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process. Ability to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and co-workers. Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Ability to follow policies and procedures.
