Job Summary Calling all tow truck drivers! Are you passionate about vehicle recovery, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking energetic and dedicated tow truck operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing exceptional roadside assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your mechanical expertise and driving skills will be vital in delivering prompt, reliable service to our clients. ! Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, including vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and impound requests Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and hook-and-chain models, ensuring proper load & unload procedures Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches while adhering to safety standards Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and maintaining a professional demeanor Manage conflict situations effectively, resolving issues with tact and professionalism Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, loads, and vehicle details for documentation purposes Qualifications with clean driving record Proven experience operating tow trucks, particularly flatbed or heavy-duty models Mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or specialized tools Conflict management skills with a focus on safety and professionalism Join us as a tow truck driver and become an essential part of a team committed to safety, reliability, and outstanding service!
