The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.
Schedule:
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (some flexibility available if needed)
Location:
Minneapolis Sites, home site is in Fridley, MN Duties Pick up and transport medical-grade equipment throughout Medtronic facilities Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Deliver equipment to calibration labs and other designated locations Drive between Medtronic sites to complete pickups and deliveries Scan and track equipment within the Metrology system to ensure proper chain of custody and status visibility Communicate effectively through email and Microsoft Teams regarding pickup, delivery, and calibration requests Provide excellent customer service while supporting time-sensitive calibration activities
Qualifications :
High school Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Courier, Delivery Driver, Logistics Specialist, or Equipment Transport) Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel. Experience with using barcode scanners and tracking software (e.g., Metrology asset systems) to maintain chain of custody Strong time management skills to handle time-sensitive pickups and stay on schedule Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and comfort driving between company sites
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting or standing May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
