Job Description
STG Logistics (Formally XPO) is hiring local CDL A Truck Drivers for our containerized logistics operations. In this on-site role, you will haul freight between ports, rail ramps, and customer locations, operating late-model equipment under a safety-first culture. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, pre- and post-trip inspections, accurate paperwork, and on-time local deliveries. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer on local routes Pick up and deliver containerized freight to customer locations, ports, and rail ramps Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs Comply with DOT regulations and all company safety policies Maintain on-time delivery and high customer service standards Secure loads and verify shipment documentation and accuracy Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and equipment issues Report maintenance needs and keep equipment clean and roadworthy Follow yard, terminal, and warehouse procedures at STG facilities Required Skills CDL A truck driving Local pickup and delivery operations Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance
