Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver to join our team for pulling trailers and operating a small cube truck. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy driving, logistics, and delivering goods efficiently while adhering to safety standards. No CDL is required, making this an accessible opportunity for drivers with a passion for transportation and cargo handling. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries, safe transport of freight, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout your routes. Duties Safely operate a small cube truck and trailers, Load, secure, and unload freight with proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage or injury Pick up and load equipment to bring back to home base. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems, ensuring timely deliveries across local or over-the-road (OTR) routes Transport various types of cargo, including freight, hazardous materials (Hazmat), dangerous goods, or specialty items such as flatbed or tanker loads when required Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records in accordance with logistics cargo handling procedures Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no CDL required but experience with commercial truck driving is preferred Ability to manually handle cargo safely and efficiently during load & unload operations Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments Strong understanding of logistics cargo handling procedures and safe driving practices for over-the-road (OTR) routes Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and excellent service. $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
