Why This Role Is Different Our Route Drivers are more than delivery drivers. They are the face of our company and often the Culligan team member our customers see most frequently. You will build trusted relationships with homes and businesses while delivering salt, bottled water, and other water treatment products throughout the community. Every delivery is an opportunity to provide a true WOW customer experience. What You'll Do As a Culligan Route Driver, you will: Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses safely and efficiently Load, organize, and manage the products needed for your daily route Build professional relationships with customers along your route Identify customer concerns and communicate service needs to the appropriate team Resolve basic customer questions and concerns courteously and promptly Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle Customers depend on you to arrive prepared, complete the delivery correctly, and make their experience easy. Daily Expectations Participate in a quick morning route meeting Inspect, load, and organize your delivery vehicle Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and on time Communicate clearly with customers and teammates Maintain accurate delivery and payment records Help keep the warehouse and loading areas clean and organized Complete a short end-of-route review with your supervisor Professionalism matters here. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Route delivery experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer-service skills Clean and professional appearance Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to taking care of customers.
