We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded truck driver to run Midwest routes and become part of our team. We value clear communication, reliable work, on-time pay, and time at home. If you want to work with a small business that appreciates its drivers, we would like to hear from you. What we offer
  • 28-30% commission on weekly truck revenue, paid weekly. The applicable percentage will be agreed before hiring.
  • On-time weekly pay.
  • Typical weekly truck revenue is $8,000
  • 9,000, according to company operating experience. At 28-30%, this corresponds to approximately $2,240
  • 2,700 in weekly driver pay. Actual earnings vary with revenue and commission rate; these figures are not guaranteed.
  • Home time coordinated with the team; the specific schedule will be discussed before hiring.

  • Respectful communication and a small-company environment where you are valued. Responsibilities
  • Safely transport freight on assigned Midwest routes.
  • Complete required vehicle inspections and promptly report equipment or safety concerns.
  • Follow applicable transportation requirements and maintain accurate driving and trip records.
  • Communicate professionally about pickups, deliveries, delays, and route changes.
  • Handle shipment paperwork accurately and treat customers and fellow team members with respect. Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A and any endorsements required for the assigned semi-truck equipment.
  • Meet applicable driver qualification requirements.
  • No more than one moving violation on your reviewed driving record; eligibility is subject to driving-record review.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to communicate clearly.
  • Able to complete Midwest regional trips and work with the agreed schedule.
