Spearhead fundraising efforts by engaging potential donors, developing grant proposals, and representing the organization at public events. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles within higher education or education administration, demonstrating strategic planning expertise. Extensive management background with a track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects. Strong background in university settings or educational institutions is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and building partnerships that advance organizational missions. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate vision compellingly to diverse audiences. Experience in higher education teaching or academic program oversight is a plus.
