Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Driver (CDL) to support our Utilities & Energy customers. In this field-based role, you will operate a vacuum truck to collect used oil and environmental waste, service parts washers, and deliver related products to industrial, automotive, and commercial sites. You'll ensure safe, compliant transport, maintain equipment, complete manifests, and build strong customer relationships while supporting our mission of environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL truck to deliver and pick up vacuum services, used oil, and related environmental materials from customer sites Perform basic maintenance and inspection of vacuum equipment, hoses, and truck to ensure safe, compliant operation Follow all DOT, OSHA, and Safety-Kleen safety, environmental, and transportation regulations and procedures Complete required logs, manifests, and electronic documentation accurately and on time Interact professionally with industrial, automotive, and commercial customers to schedule service and resolve basic service issues Assist with loading/unloading, securing materials, and properly labeling containers for transport and disposal Report incidents, equipment issues, and potential safety or environmental risks promptly to supervision Participate in required safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills CDL truck driving Vacuum truck operation DOT compliance OSHA safety practices Hazardous materials handling Route planning and time management Equipment inspection and maintenance Customer service in industrial environments Documentation and manifest completion Basic mechanical aptitude
