Drivers will operate company-provided box trucks on local routes throughout the Twin Cities area while ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering consistent hours, local routes, and the opportunity to be home daily Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on assigned routes Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries safely and on time Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures Properly secure, load, unload, and handle freight Use mobile devices for navigation, route information, and communication Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle documentation Communicate with management regarding delays, route issues, or vehicle concerns Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers and other team members Qualifications Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Previous box truck, delivery, courier, or commercial driving experience preferred Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck Must meet applicable DOT driver requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card Ability to safely load, unload, and handle freight throughout the shift Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic material-handling equipment Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from the work location Must be at least 21 years old Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to safe driving practices, excellent customer interactions, and efficient delivery operations!
