In this position, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and freight to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving, route navigation, and load management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of construction, or industrial operations, contributing directly to the success of large-scale projects. Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles across designated routes. Load and unload materials efficiently, showing up everyda and making timely deliveries. Transport asphalt, rock, dirt or other aggregates to and from construction sites, or disposal facilities. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of mileage, cargo weight, delivery times, and route details. Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to prevent accidents or incidents on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Qualifications Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving route driving and freight handling. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with 2 years of dump truck or roll off experience preferred. Skilled in operating manual transmission vehicles a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
