Daily Shift:

Night shift

Freight:

No-touch — dry and refrigerated groceries (reefer & dry van)

Load Type:

Live load, live unload, and drop & hook (mostly live unloads)

Positions Available:

10 solo drivers, 2 team drivers

Pay & Bonuses Mileage Pay:

Starts at $0.49/mile, increasing with experience: 0 months: $0.49/mile 3 months: $0.51/mile 9 months: $0.52/mile 12 months: $0.54/mile 18 months: $0.55/mile 24 months: $0.57/mile 36 months: $0.60/mile

Average Weekly Earnings:

$1,100-$1,200

Weekly Mileage:

1,100-1,400 miles

Short Haul Pay:

$25 for loads under 50 miles

Stop Pay:

$10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop

Performance Bonus:

Swift Driver Performance Bonus (safety requirements must be met to qualify)

Unload Pay:
