Job Description
Job Summary Inspire Design & Build is a professional landscaping and hardscaping company dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor spaces in the greater Saint louis area. We specialize in concrete and masonry, paver patio installation, landscaping and turf and drainage. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a driver and crew member . This position starts with a 60 -day paid apprenticeship working directly with our operations manager to ensure proper training and skill development. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, you will transition into a full-time role with increased responsibilities and pay. The position will primarily consist of driving to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites and working on site to help with installation. Responsibilities Operate trucks and trailers to transport materials and equipment Operate various pieces of equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, etc.. (Can be trained) Perform general landscaping tasks (planting, mulching, grading, etc.) Perform general hardscape, concrete and masonry tasks (finishing concrete, installing patios and retaining walls, fireplaces and fire pits, etc..) Skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Class E license or Class A CDL preferred) Experience towing trailers and operating equipment Landscaping and hardscaping experience (concrete finishing is a plus) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
