- Position Overview As a Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in transporting materials-including dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and equipment-to various job sites, as well as managing materials in our yard.
You'll operate a variety of trucks (belly dumps, dump trucks, semi-tractor trailers, and more) and be trusted to work independently, with plenty of opportunities to showcase your expertise and initiative. Why You'll Love Working With Us

- Safely operate trucks delivering materials to job sites, yards, and public roads.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready and compliant with DOT standards.
- Manage loading and unloading tasks, operate a range of trailers, and keep accurate delivery and mileage logs.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and product quality, handle minor vehicle servicing, and report major issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and all applicable regulations.
- Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to a team environment and offer support where needed. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; two years of tractor/trailer experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid CDL A license (current and compliant with all state requirements).
- Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. (No E Restriction).
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions as required.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
- Willingness to train and mentor new drivers.
- Ability to wear PPE as required and comply with
OSHA/MSHA
