3007319388-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Transport Distribution Co. is hiring CDL A Company Truck Drivers for refrigerated LTL routes based in Dallas, TX. In this role you'll haul temperature-controlled food and beverage freight across regional and national lanes, using modern equipment and technology. Drivers are responsible for safe vehicle operation, reefer temperature management, and accurate electronic logs. You'll work closely with a professional dispatch and operations team focused on safety, reliability, and on-time service, while gaining expertise in nationwide food distribution and cold-chain logistics. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailers for refrigerated LTL routes Maintain proper temperature control and monitor reefer equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs Adhere to DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries with professional customer service Secure and handle freight to prevent damage or loss Communicate with dispatch and operations via onboard technology Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Follow company policies for hours-of-service and routing Support a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork Required Skills CDL A truck driving Refrigerated (reefer) trailer operation DOT and FMCSA compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Temperature-controlled freight handling Route planning and time management Cargo securement Defensive driving Communication with dispatch
