Position Summary As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you play a vital role in ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time. AM Minimum Hours:
40 hours per week
Overtime:
Eligible for overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per service week Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including manual transmissions, across assigned routes Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and professional service at all times Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate pickups and drop-offs Deliver excellent customer service to all passengers
Qualifications Required:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement Proven experience in shuttle, transit, or commercial driving Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles Strong understanding of safety and DOT regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
