CDL Driver class A Needed

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL Driver with a Class A license to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in driving different dry van trailers, will ensure timely deliveries across diverse routes. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers with automatic transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and proper handling. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Manage route driving efficiently, maintaining accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, route adjustments, or any issues encountered on the road Ensure compliance with all federal and state transportation laws and regulations governing commercial driving Experience Proven truck driving experience with a valid Class A CDL license demonstrating safe operation of tractor-trailers Experience driving automatic transmission trucks preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates willing to learn Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is highly desirable Delivery driver experience involving freight handling and load & unload procedures Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Knowledge of route planning and navigation for efficient deliveries across diverse geographic areas Prior experience working with forklift operations or other loading equipment is a plus Join us if you're ready to hit the road with energy and enthusiasm! $1,900.00 - $3,000.00 per week
