KC / KS-Lenexa Key Refrigeration Supply is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Springfield, Illinois branch. This position plays a vital role in serving our customers by ensuring accurate deliveries, maintaining warehouse operations, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer job sites using a company vehicle. Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully and securely. Verify orders for accuracy before deliveries and customer pickups. Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations. Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist customers picking up orders at the branch. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, as applicable. Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed. Qualifications Valid CDL license w/ HM endorsement and a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles. Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed). Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
