In this role, you will operate heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials across construction sites and job locations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Safely operate CDL Class B dump trucks to haul materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other construction supplies to various job sites Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the dump truck, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, and safety equipment functionality Coordinate with site supervisors and other heavy equipment operators to ensure efficient material delivery and site safety. Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries, fuel usage, maintenance records, and safety reports Follow all federal and state transportation regulations as well as company safety policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedule updates, safety concerns, or operational issues Qualifications Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record 1.5 years CDL experience

REQUIRED

Manual endorsement preferred Experience operating dump trucks in a construction or heavy equipment environment is preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge preferred Understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on trucks and equipment.
