In this role, you'll haul temperature-controlled food and beverage freight across regional and national lanes, ensuring safe, on-time delivery. Operate late-model equipment with modern technology, manage reefer temperature settings, and perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. You'll work closely with a professional driver and operations team in a safety-first, service-focused culture with steady freight, benefits, and room to grow your expertise in nationwide distribution. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer for refrigerated LTL routes Maintain proper temperature control for food and beverage freight Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and document findings Adhere to DOT regulations, hours-of-service, and company safety policies Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries across assigned lanes Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff Accurately complete logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance Follow load securement and handling procedures for perishable goods Represent TDC with professional, service-focused conduct on the road Required Skills CDL A truck driving Refrigerated/reefer trailer operation DOT and FMCSA compliance Hours-of-service logging Pre- and post-trip inspections Temperature-controlled freight handling Load securement Electronic logging devices (ELD) Trip planning and route navigation Basic vehicle troubleshooting
