Overview Join our dynamic team as a Truck Driver and become a vital part of our logistics network! In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers, to deliver freight efficiently and safely across diverse routes. Your expertise in handling hazardous materials, navigating GPS systems, and adhering to all safety regulations will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers, on over-the-road (OTR) routes and local deliveries Load and unload freight with manual handling techniques while ensuring cargo is secured properly in accordance with logistics cargo handling standards Navigate using GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently Comply with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and hazardous goods handling protocols Transport automobile parts or other freight securely for delivery to various locations while adhering to safety standards Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure truck safety and compliance with all regulations Document delivery activities accurately, including load & unload records, delivery logs, and incident reports Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on route driving and delivery driving Knowledge of refrigerated trailer operation, flatbed handling, tanker operations, and hazardous materials regulations Skilled in manual transmission truck operation and tractor-trailer maneuvering Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments Ability to load & unload freight safely using proper manual handling techniques Strong understanding of
FMCSA, DOT
