$15.00-$20.00 per hour Active Doody Pet Waste Removal is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help build this location from the ground up. This position starts as a Pet Waste Removal Technician , with a clear opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager role as the business develops. This is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job and is interested in long-term growth. Responsibilities Perform pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties Walk and inspect yards while removing pet waste Ensure gates are secured when entering and leaving properties Follow service routes efficiently Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers Dispose of waste properly at designated locations Assist in building routes and gaining new clients Important Notes Hours may be limited at first but will grow over time This role requires reliability, patience, and a strong work ethic Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working around dogs Ability to work independently Strong dependability and communication skills Ability to pass a background check Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $15-$20/hour based on performance and reliability Advancement opportunity to Branch Manager Potential for increased hours and pay as the business grows Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working independently Interested in growth and leadership opportunities Willing to put in effort early for long-term success
