Williams Construction is seeking a company end dump driver for our local and regional fleet. This position requires occasional regional travel Monday-Friday. A successful candidate will have 1-2 years' operating a dump truck or similar equipment and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

Operate truck in a safe and professional manner. Make interstate or regional trips to worksites, Monday-Friday Drive a vehicle with a trailer if Class A license is maintained Drive-in all-weather conditions May load or unload truck dependent on machine operating experience Perform pre/post trip inspections Help with job site labor when requested Maintain and track electronic logbook Keep truck clean and orderly

Education/Experience:

Highschool Diploma or GED Valid Class A or B CDL Prefer 1-2 years of dump truck operating experience or similar vehicle

Requirements:

Must be 23 years of age or older Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen Must possess driving record which meets company and DOT standards Must follow all safety requirements and procedures including wearing PPE Maintains a professional and courteous attitude at all times Must be willing to travel and work out of town as required Job requires climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, frequent lifting, stretching, sitting/driving Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear May require sitting for extended periods of time Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to focus. Able to climb in and out of truck multiple times per day Must have 2 years commercial driving experience (required) Benefits Pay based on experience/ Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly Per Diem paid weekly for Monday-Friday travel at $160 a day.
