& Regional Drivers - Earn 75-80 CPM S.W.T is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers from Springfield, Missouri, and surrounding areas. We are a trucking company where drivers are known by name—not treated like truck numbers. We offer dependable miles, newer Freightliner Cascadias and straightforward communication with dispatch.

Pay Dry Van:

$0.75 per mile

Reefer:

$0.80 per mile

Dry Van Layover Pay:

$50

Dry Van Extra Stop:

$50

Reefer Layover Pay:

$150

Reefer Extra Stop:

$150 W-2 position or 1099 Five paid national holidays after six months One week of paid vacation after one year What We Offer Approximately 2,500-3,500 miles per week, depending on freight and available hours OTR and regional routes Midwest, Northeast, Southern and Texas lanes Newer, well-maintained Freightliner Cascadias Reefer and dry van positions Direct communication with dispatch and management Trucks based at our Strafford, Missouri yard Home time typically after two to three weeks on the road Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum four years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Safe driving record Must pass a DOT drug test Must be able to operate legally under DOT hours-of-service regulations Strong attention to pre-trip inspections and equipment safety No unauthorized passengers
