Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dump Truck Driver and become a vital part of our construction and hauling operations! In this energetic role, you will operate heavy-duty dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other freight to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving will ensure timely deliveries, safe load handling, and efficient route execution. We're looking for motivated drivers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to maintaining safety and quality standards on every journey. Duties Operate dump trucks with manual transmission, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials across designated routes Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, adhering to safety protocols Drive various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and dump trucks based on project needs Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, routes, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections for compliance and reporting purposes Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving and material handling Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any logistical challenges Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight transport and route driving Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles and heavy-duty trucks such as dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or tractor-trailers Experience with different trailer types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized freight vehicles Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment when necessary Strong knowledge of safety standards related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation Physical ability to lift heavy loads when required; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Join us to drive your career forward!
