Join Our Growing Team! We're a growing startup company looking for dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Drivers to help us build something great. If you're looking for a stable position where you'll be home most nights while enjoying a variety of driving assignments, we'd love to hear from you. This role primarily involves operating a straight truck on local and regional routes . Drivers with a Class A CDL may also be asked to operate a tractor-trailer for longer routes as business needs require. Flexibility is key, as routes and equipment will vary based on customer demand. What You'll Do Safely operate straight trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products on time. Class A drivers may occasionally operate tractor-trailers for longer regional deliveries. Load and unload freight using electric pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and communicate with dispatch throughout the day. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Provide professional customer service at delivery locations. Assist with other transportation-related duties as needed in a startup environment. Schedule 5-day work week Two days off each week Home daily most of the time Overnight travel approximately 1-2 nights per week , depending on business needs Routes and start times vary based on dispatch and customer schedules Flexibility is required Qualifications Valid CDL Class A License Clean driving record Commercial driving experience preferred Experience driving manual and automatic transmissions is preferred but not required Ability to safely load and unload freight when necessary Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, adaptable, and safety-focused Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of an exciting startup company where your contributions make a real impact.
