Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Ready Mix Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate commercial vehicles, primarily concrete mixer trucks, to deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the successful completion of diverse building projects. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as concrete mixer trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment required for transportation on construction sites Deliver ready-mix concrete promptly while maintaining product quality during transit Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, delivery tickets, and vehicle maintenance records Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A/B) with appropriate endorsements
MANUAL TRANSMISSION ENDORSEMENT A MUST HAVE
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulations Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in concrete forming, paving, or finishing is preferred General concrete work is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials when required Join us if you're eager to contribute your driving skills and construction knowledge to exciting projects! From $37.73 per hour
