Transport Driver - Help Us Keep Missouri Rolling!

Missouri (Home Every Evening)
Pay:
$16-$18 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time OG Yields is looking for a dependable Transport Driver to help keep Missouri stocked with the good stuff. If you're the type of person who believes every package deserves a safe journey, enjoys hitting the road, and can resist sampling the cargo (seriously, don't), we want to hear from you. As our Transport Driver, you'll safely deliver our top-shelf cannabis products to licensed dispensaries across Missouri. You'll be the link between our cultivation facility and the dispensaries that serve our customers, ensuring every delivery is secure, compliant, accurate, and right on time. Key Responsibilities Safely transport cannabis products to licensed dispensaries across Missouri. Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs (we grow some heavy stuff). Ensure all manifests, logs, and delivery paperwork are completed accurately with high attention to detail. Follow all Missouri DHSS transportation regulations and company SOPs (we don't play when it comes to compliance). Maintain excellent communication with dispatch, cultivation/processing staff, and dispensary personnel. Operate company vehicles safely, professionally, and courteously. Represent our brand with professionalism by being consistently respectful, courteous, and service-minded when interacting with customers. Protect product integrity and maintain secure transport at all times. What We're Looking For No special license required. Valid Missouri driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move 50 lb packages repeatedly. Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance procedures. Great communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage routes, and stay organized. Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Why Join Us? Home every evening - no overnight routes.
Competitive hourly pay:
