Position:

We are looking for experienced and dependable Ready Mix Drivers to join our team in Willow Springs, MO. The Ready Mix Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering ready-mix concrete to customer and construction job sites while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of safety. The ideal candidate will have ready-mix driving experience, a strong work ethic, a good driving record, and the ability to work a varying schedule based on customer and production needs.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck. Deliver concrete safely and efficiently to residential, commercial, and construction job sites. Properly load, transport, and discharge concrete according to customer and job specifications. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the mixer truck. Monitor concrete during transportation and ensure proper mixing and consistency. Safely position the mixer truck at job sites for concrete placement. Communicate with dispatch, customers, batch plant personnel, and job-site employees. Complete delivery tickets and other required paperwork accurately. Wash down and clean the mixer truck after each delivery. Report equipment or truck maintenance issues promptly. Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations. Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area. Assist with general yard or plant duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous Ready Mix or concrete mixer driving experience preferred. Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with required endorsements. Good driving record. Ability to safely operate a ready-mix mixer truck. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely work around heavy equipment, trucks, and construction sites. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions. Must be willing to work a varying schedule based on business and customer needs.
