Job Duties Operate a Class A CDL dry van truck to transport OEM automotive parts on local delivery routes. Safely drive and maneuver van trailers while following all DOT regulations and company policies. Complete local deliveries and pickups while maintaining on-time service. Perform drop-and-hook assignments and live unload deliveries as scheduled. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and required transportation records. Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient route completion. Follow all safety procedures while working around loading docks, trailers, and distribution facilities. Secure freight as required and verify load information before departure. Provide professional customer service while representing the company during deliveries.
