Our local drivers enjoy steady work, full benefits, and real home time. CDL A Local Driver If you have end dump experience and like fast, repeatable work, this is the kind of run drivers hold onto. Jones Logistics is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a high-volume local operation built around short runs, steady freight, and production-based pay. This is not a wait-around job. This is a stay-moving, stack-your-check kind of position. You will run short turns averaging 12 to 14 loads per shift on a consistent 6:00 AM start. It is the same clean, repeat freight every day that lets experienced drivers get into a rhythm and maximize their earnings. End dump experience is strongly preferred. Drivers who have it will step in quickly and start producing right away. What You'll Get Average $1,100 to $1,400+ per week Paid per load with strong volume Weekend premium pay Home every day Consistent 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM rotating schedule Schedule rotates: 3 on 2 off. 3 on 2 off. 4 on 1 off. 4 on 2 off then starts back over 12 to 14 loads per shift Day cab and end dump operation No-touch freight Orientation pay Paid training PTO from week one Full benefits and 401(k) This is a simple, efficient operation built for drivers who want to control their income by how they run. If you have end dump experience, you will recognize how solid this setup is right away. If you don't, but you are a strong, experienced driver, we can get you up to speed. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 23 years old Valid Class A CDL Minimum 24 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience End Dump experience strongly preferred Stable, verifiable work history Must meet all DOT and company requirements Stay local. MVR Wage Range:
1100.00 - 1400.00 per week
