$1,300 $1,500 average ($1,800 top earner potential)

Base CPM:

$0.55 up to $0.65 CPM (Based on verifiable experience; recent grads start at $0.55 CPM post-training)

Orientation Pay:

$300 bonus on your first check (1-day orientation with paid travel & hotel)

Weekly Volume:

Steady 1,700 to 2,300 miles per week
