JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last five years Must be able to pass a background check. Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement Clean Motor Vehicle Record- No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years. Ability to follow instructions and complete required training Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, login to Clearinghouse, and take a Drug Test

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable) Perform daily pre-trip/ post-trip and safety inspections on equipment Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight! Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g. delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required

PAY AND BENEFITS

Performance Based pay

Pay :

$0.36 per mile per driver for 0-6,000 miles, $0.38 per mile per driver for 6,001-7,000 miles, $0.39 per mile per driver for 7,001+ miles Paid Training Safety Bonus Holiday Pay
