Job Summary Go Drive LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fleet Driver to support our rapidly expanding vehicle rental fleet in the Jackson Metro area. This role involves managing the physical turnaround of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for customer use, and supporting fleet operations on a flexible, on-call basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle movement, inspection, and basic maintenance tasks to maintain fleet readiness and efficiency. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently transport vehicles between locations, including residential bases and rental sites within the Jackson Metro Area. Perform vehicle inspections to ensure each vehicle meets safety and quality standards before and after use. Manage vehicle turnaround tasks such as fueling, cleaning, and minor maintenance as needed. Coordinate with the fleet management team to schedule vehicle pickups and drop-offs according to operational needs. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, inspections, and any issues encountered during operations. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles. Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and operational updates. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation for daily travel within the designated service area. Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage vehicle inspections and record keeping. Comfortable driving various types of vehicles within the fleet. Prior experience in fleet operations or vehicle management is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards.
