Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols. The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining positive relationships with clients. All employees must pass a background check a full panel drug test. Reliable transportation to work is a must!

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERINCE.

Duties Operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Utilize mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Example how to jump start a vehicle and change a tire. Manage conflicts professionally and effectively when they arise during transportation or delivery processes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics is a plus. Proficient experience with flatbed wreckers. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Ability to work independently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
