Bozeman Site Services is hiring dependable Snow Plow Drivers who are looking for year-round employment. During the winter, you'll be part of our snow operations team, helping keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible throughout the Bozeman area. When you're not needed for snow operations, you'll have the opportunity to work with our landscape teams. After snow season ends, you'll transition into our regular landscape operations for the spring and summer. This is a great fit for someone who wants the earning potential of snow work without having to find another job when winter ends.

WHAT THIS JOB IS LIKE

Winter work revolves around the weather. When it snows, we go to work. Snow shifts may begin very early in the morning, overnight, or on weekends and holidays depending on the storm. You'll operate company snow removal equipment and be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing assigned properties. When snow work isn't available, full-time employees may work with our landscape operations. Depending on your experience and skills, that could include mowing, landscape beds, irrigation, turf and plant health care, or other property-maintenance work. Landscape pay varies by the position and work being performed.

REQUIREMENTS

Legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and changing Montana weather Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require it Dependable attendance and communication Snow removal or equipment experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong related experience

PAY Snow Operations:

$29-$32/hour

DOE Landscape Operations:

$24-$30/hour DOE , depending on the position, skills, experience, and work being performed. Employees are paid the applicable rate for the work they are performing.
