Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Mobile Shredding Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate a specialized mobile shredding truck to securely collect and destroy confidential documents directly at customer locations. You will act as the face of our company, providing excellent customer service while maintaining strict security protocols. A clean and professional appearance is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Truck Inspections:

Performs pre/post-trip checks, and driver check-in on assigned truck, prior to leaving or closing for the day. Reports maintenance issues to site manager for follow-up.

Drive Safely:

Safely operate a commercial mobile shredding truck along scheduled daily routes.

Serve Customers:

Pick up secure documents from client offices with a professional attitude and can communicate effectively with customers in a professional manner.

Destroy Material:

Ability to learn, operate, maintain and troubleshooting sophisticated destruction equipment according to company standards.

Maintain Records:

Complete digital or paper service logs accurately after every stop.

Protect Data:

Maintain a strict chain of custody for all sensitive documents.

Required Qualifications:

Clean MVR:

Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and no recent major violations. Box Truck Route Driving experience.

Background Check:

Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Drug Screen:

Successful completion of drug testing in accordance with our company policies and applicable laws.

Physical Fitness:
