Job Description
Overview Site To See is a locally owned, fast‑growing excavation company serving Gallatin County and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential excavation, site prep, trenching, grading, septic systems, and small‑to‑mid‑scale earthwork. We value professionalism, reliability, clean job sites, and strong communication with homeowners and contractors. We're looking for a Class A CDL Driver (Equipment Operator Preferred) who can haul equipment and materials, run machines confidently, and represent our company well on job sites.
Pay:
$30,000+ per year, depending on experience and skill Duties Safely haul equipment (excavator, skid steer, attachments, etc.) and materials to and from job sites Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment for residential and small commercial projects Perform excavating to grade, trenching, grading, backfilling, site prep, and utility/septic excavation Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic daily inspections Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and team members Work independently and keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Assist with general labor tasks when needed Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record 3-5 years of experience operating excavation equipment (preferred) Ability to haul equipment confidently and safely Strong understanding of excavation safety practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional communication and customer‑service mindset Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as neededPay:
