Full Time Twin Lakes Dirt Works is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused CDL Truck Driver / Laborer to join our growing team. This position combines dump truck driving with hands-on construction work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a crew and taking on a variety of tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities Operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept equipment. Assist with paving operations, including asphalt placement and site cleanup. Help with excavation, utility, and site work as directed. Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Perform general labor including shoveling, raking, grading, and job site cleanup. Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently. Follow all local, state, and federal driving regulations and company safety policies. Requirements Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) . Clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
