Starting at $14.50SummaryAs the Housing Coordinator at Under Canvas, you are the point person for overseeing on-site employee housing assignments and accommodations. You will partner closely with the General Managers, the Facilities crew, and our team members to ensure our housing units are well-maintained and that room assignments are appropriately coordinated throughout the season. You will drive a company vehicle (generally a van) and create a comfortable and clean transportation environment. This is a seasonal, hourly position, and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of your employment. Ensure housing is ready; clean, made-up, in working order and welcoming, prior to staff moving inFollow through on commitments and take action to solve problems as neededIdentify and address maintenance needsProactively develop a Shuttle schedule that includes laundry trips, grocery trips, and National Park exploration trips.
Assist with maintenance tasks in housing and other areas and follow up to make sure tasks have been completedTransport staff to and from stores several times a weekConduct consistent housing inspections, focusing on team member well-beingEfficiently manage the Employee Housing budgetEnsure the shuttle van is in good conditionEstablish strong working relationships across all departments on the propertyBe willing and able to jump into different departments in the hospitality field to help the camps on-site operations when they are in needSchedule and execute weekly housing inspectionsFollow schedule at all timesOther duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMust have a valid drivers license with a clean driving recordAt least one year of experience managing projectsProperty or facilities experience preferredAbility to multitask and prioritizeAttention to detailSolutions-orientedAdditional InformationAbility to work outdoors for long periods of time, including during extreme heat and cold or weather eventsAble to stand and move for long periods of timeAbility to lift 30lbs independently; all lifts over 31 lbs. require assistance from a co-workerThis position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
