Job Description

Job Summary OTW Towing is looking for a dependable and professional Roadside Assistance Operator to join our team. In this position, you will respond to customers who need basic roadside assistance and help get them safely back on the road. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, is dependable, and is willing to learn. Duties Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner Perform jump starts, tire changes, vehicle lockouts, and fuel deliveries Provide other basic light-duty roadside services as needed Communicate with dispatch regarding calls and service status Provide friendly and professional customer service Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Follow company procedures and roadside safety practices Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, working condition Document completed service calls as required Qualifications Valid driver's license Clean/acceptable driving record Dependable and punctual Professional and respectful when dealing with customers Comfortable driving and working independently Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to safely perform physical tasks such as changing tires and handling roadside equipment Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required Previous roadside assistance, towing, automotive, or similar experience is a plus Willingness to learn — training can be provided to the right candidate What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, professional, and ready to work. Pay:
$500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
