Job Description
Job Overview Brock Trucking USA is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Full-Time CDL Driver to join our growing transportation team. This position primarily consists of short-haul runs, weekend routes, and as-needed deliveries, with overnight trips. Drivers can expect approximately 40 hours per week, depending on operational needs. At Brock Trucking, we operate with a Triple Bottom Line philosophy: Customer, Team, and Business (CTB). Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles while adhering to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies. Complete short-haul transportation and delivery routes efficiently and on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, inspection reports, and required transportation documentation. Secure and transport loads safely while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch personnel, and team members. Provide exceptional customer service during pickups, deliveries, and customer interactions. Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent Brock Trucking USA positively in the field. Be available for weekend routes, occasional overnight trips, and flexible as-needed hauling opportunities. Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A preferred). Clean driving record and demonstrated commitment to safety. Previous commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to pass all required DOT physicals, screenings, and background checks. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify vehicle maintenance concerns.
