This is not a Crew Leader position on day one. We are looking for someone who can drive immediately, work reliably as part of the crew, learn our systems, and earn greater responsibility over time. For the right person, there is a real opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader role. Strong attendance is a must. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, dependable, willing to learn, and able to take direction. We take training seriously and will teach you our systems instead of expecting you to figure everything out on your own. Blue Mountain Gutter Co. is a locally owned family business. We believe employees should be treated fairly and with respect, and we expect the same professionalism toward coworkers and customers. Schedule Hours are typically Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fridays are generally used as weather makeup or overflow days when needed. Occasional Saturdays may be required when weather significantly affects the schedule. Benefits 6 paid holidays Vacation accrual after 90 days Performance-based bonuses tied to specific metrics Paid drive time Opportunity for advancement into a Crew Leader position Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles Must have reliable transportation to and from work Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential Must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 40 feet, including work on homes up to approximately 3½ stories Ability to lift 80 lbs or more on occasion Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to take direction and follow established company processes Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Previous gutter, roofing, siding, carpentry, or exterior construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Responsibilities Assist with the installation of gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related exterior products Safely operate company vehicles as required Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow job plans, measurements, and installation instructions provided by the Crew Leader Help load and unload trucks, materials, ladders, and equipment Maintain an organized and safe jobsite Communicate respectfully with customers and other team members Help identify jobsite issues and communicate them to the Crew Leader Take increasing ownership of jobsite responsibilities as skills and experience develop Learn Blue Mountain Gutter Co. installation standards, safety procedures, and customer-service expectations We are looking for someone who wants more than just a temporary labor job. If you show up consistently, learn the work, take ownership, and demonstrate leadership ability, there is room to grow with the company.
