Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles in need of assistance. If you have mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or repossessions
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck in a safe and secure manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting drivers and passengers in distress
  • Perform basic automotive diagnostics to determine the issue with the vehicle
  • Utilize mechanical skills to address minor repairs or adjustments on-site
  • Drive responsibly and adhere to traffic laws while towing vehicles
  • Use conflict management skills when dealing with upset or frustrated customers
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or similar role
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
  • Ability to operate a flatbed tow truck is preferred
  • Proficiency in using forklifts for loading and unloading vehicles is a plus
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to handle vehicle-related issues effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
