Job Description:

Drivers can pick the loads they would like to transport from our load board, but must remain active and transport 3-5 loads for us each month. Drivers must be on time to pickup and drop off locations and complete all paperwork in full when transporting our loads. Drivers must have their own boom trailer and their own tools, and provide us with a copy of their valid proof of insurance for their tow vehicle. Insurance must be in the driver's legal name. Drivers must keep, and turn in, accurate and daily DOT driver logs using the MOTIVE app while contracted with us. This is an Independent Contractor Driving Position, not a company or Owner/Operator Position. It is an OTR job, NOT A LOCAL or

REGIONAL

driving position.

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid CDL Class A or Class B within the state they reside. This is

NOT A NON CDL

driving position! Endorsements are preferred but not required. Must have at least 1 full year of verifiable OTR CMV driving experience within the last 3 years. Must have at least 6 full months of verifiable Boom driving experience within the last 3 years. Must have their own Boom trailer and tools, and provide us with proof of valid insurance for their tow vehicle. Insurance must be in the driver's legal name. Must have relatively clean reports and employment history. Must have knowledge of DOT HOS rules and regulations and keep daily, accurate DOT logs using the MOTIVE app while transporting for us.

Wage Range:

1.05 - 1.90 per mile

General Description of Benefits:

Drivers are paid per mile

PLUS FUEL SURCHARGE.

Fuel Surcharge rate depends on the type of trucks, miles driven for load to be delivered, and national fuel average that week. Drivers should not pay more than $1.45/gal on average out of pocket. Reimbursed to the driver per mile with per mile pay. The pay range per mile including fuel surcharge is around $1.05 - $1.90 depending upon the load. We offer bonus payout programs such as Referral Bonus, Clean Inspection Bonus, Mileage Bonus, Load Bonus, and Safety Bonus. Drivers must meet certain criteria to qualify for each payout bonus program.
