Maintain accurate attendance records, activity logs, and incident reports to ensure compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and first aid protocols including CPR and AED operation. Demonstrated ability to lead youth group activities, facilitate team-building exercises, and manage classroom dynamics effectively. Experience in outdoor work environments or outdoor activity facilitation is a plus. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive program environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children of various ages as well as parents and staff. Certifications such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, or special education training are desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain these certifications is expected.
