$500 HIRING
BONUS MONTHLY & QUARTERLY ATTENDANCE BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
Qualifications:
Must have a current, valid North Carolina Class A CDL Must successfully complete a DOT drug test, MVR review, and background screening Must be physically able to perform the essential job functions, including repetitive lifting and overhead lifting of up to 55 pounds Must have a cooperative attitude and be courteous to customers Must be committed to the quality and safety program of the plant
Primary Duties:
Visually inspect vehicle on a daily basis. Report any and all problems with the tractor/trailer to supervisor and Ryder. Complete all paperwork daily such as trip logs, mileage sheets, etc. Help load/unload at company's and customer's location as needed. Operate vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Deliver customer loads as assigned and on time. Pick up back-hauls of supplies when directed. Keep vehicle clean and orderly. Properly complete Bills of Lading, including signature, date and time delivered. Maintain trailer inventory at customer's facility. Must conform to all DOT laws and regulations. Initiation action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to product, process and the system. Identify any problems relating to the product, process and quality system. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Participate in Continuous Improvement Processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
