What You'll Earn Pay:

CDL A & B
drivers to operate mixer trucks delivering ready-mix concrete across Charlotte and the surrounding areas . Whether you've got experience or just earned your CDL, this is your chance to grow, learn, and build a career that moves you forward.
Plant Locations:
(Available opportunities are based on business needs. If hired for a plant outside of Charlotte, ability to deliver to Charlotte is required) 5 plants in the Charlotte Metro Area Concord Salisbury Denver Statesville Hickory Kings Mountain Dallas Mooresville Matthews Monroe Rock Hill, SC Lancaster, SC What You'll Do Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across Charlotte and nearby communities Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality Handle chute operations and assist with unloading Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times No mixer experience? Job Requirements:
What You Need Valid Class A or B CDL Age 21+ Safe driving record and solid work history Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, chute handling) Strong focus on safety and customer service
